Payment Policy

This policy explains payment arrangements for orders placed at solarisedenergy.co.za.
1. Accepted payment method
Solarised Energy accepts payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All prices and payments are in South African rand (ZAR).
Use the banking details supplied with your order’s payment instructions and enter your order number as the payment reference.
2. Payment deadline
Please make your EFT payment within 24 hours of receiving your order’s payment instructions.
If you cannot pay within this period, contact us before making a late payment so we can confirm the status of your order.
3. Payment clearance and dispatch
Full payment must reflect as cleared funds in our bank account before we dispatch your order.
Proof of payment alone does not confirm that funds have cleared. Bank processing times can vary, including over weekends and public holidays.
The payment deadline is not a dispatch or delivery promise. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery information.
4. Payment fees and order total
Solarised Energy does not charge EFT transaction fees, payment surcharges or additional payment-processing charges.
Your total payable amount must be displayed before you complete your order. Your bank may charge its own transfer fees; these are separate from charges imposed by Solarised Energy.
5. Payment enquiries and errors
If you used an incorrect payment reference, paid an incorrect amount or made a duplicate payment, contact info@solarisedenergy.co.za with your order number and relevant payment details so we can investigate.
Do not send banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund requests are handled under our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to applicable South African consumer law.
